One pump technology
WeiMing manufactures rotary jet pumps, their working parts and complete pump sets in China.
Our manufacturing scope covers rotary jet pumps, pick-up tubes, rotor assemblies and motor-pump sets. We also supply Roto-Jet replacement parts and complete-pump overhaul.
Selection includes the materials, seal, pick-up tube and speed for the liquid, flow and head.
Each unit is bench-tested for pressure, flow and vibration before dispatch. A report records the results and is supplied with the pump.
Testing can also follow the customer requirements agreed for the project. The model and selected curve identify the proposed performance.
The technical proposal includes a performance curve and an installation outline drawing. Replacement tubes and rotors also go through drawing review before supply.
Documents cover the selected bare-shaft pump, motor-pump set or skid. For replacement work, they identify retained piping and drive equipment.
Remote support is available after supply. On-site installation, commissioning and repair service can be requested.
Keep the confirmed model, drawings and operating readings with the pump. For a service email, include the symptom and inspection findings; for parts, identify the component.
